See below for info about our 2007-2008 OM Team.

Our 2006 - 2007 OM group consisted of 2 teams. Both competed at Regionals. One team went on to STATE Competition. We are very proud of the work our teams did this year.

Our OM team from the 2005-2006 school year won Regional, State and competed in World Competition in Iowa in May, 2006. Their project was to build a weight bearing structure that had to weigh less than 15 grams. The team's structure held 30 pounds at Regional competition and it held 100 pounds at State competition. They placed 17th out of 39 teams at the World competition when their structure held over 300 pounds.

MWE 2009 Team to WORLD!!

Another successful year for OM at MWE! We sent 3 teams to the STATE competition and they didn't have to go very far as the State Comp was held at Spring Forest and Meadow Wood. Our 5th grade team went on to represent us at WORLD competition in Iowa. They had a great time.

Odyssey of the Mind Team Going to World Competition

Congratulations to our two MWE Odyssey of the Mind teams who competed in the State Odyssey of the Mind Tournament on Saturday, April 5th. our 4th grade team place 3rd and our 5th grade team placed 2nd in the State of Texas!!! The 5th grade team will advance to the World Finals Competition at the University of Maryland, May 31 - June 3, 2008.

4th grade team won 3rd place at State with their Tee Structure 5th grade team won 2nd at State and are going to the World Finals with Odyssey Road Rally.
