Robye Snyder, Principal

Welcome to our website!  I am glad to be in my fourth year as principal of MWE.  I was the MWE assistant principal for 5 years before that so I've been a MWE Eagle for 9 years now. I've been is SBISD since 1987 as a Reading Specialist, Reading Recovery teacher, and have taught Kinder, First and Third grades in SBISD.  I started at Ridgecrest Elementary and moved to Cedar Brook in 1993 when it opened.   I graduated from Texas A & M, Class of '79, and  went back for a M. Ed. in Reading. Before coming to SBISD, I taught in Bryan ISD and Katy ISD.  I'm happy to be back in "my" school district.  I am a product of SBISD as I attended Hollibrook Elementary, Spring Branch Middle School and Memorial High School.
