Hello, Meadow Wood musicians! I am your music teacher, Mrs. Keezel. I am very happy to be teaching Pre-K through fifth grade at our school. 

This year will be an exciting one in music class! We will be learning songs, playing instruments, and reading and writing music. We will do programs, special music for holidays, and perhaps even begin to compose our own music. Our class time will also include music games as well as learning about great composers and their compositions. 

My wish for you is that your elementary school experience gives you a desire to be involved in music in some way for the rest of your lives! Music is what brings out emotion in us; it is part of what makes us human. Feed your soul with the beauty and energy that only music can give!
