Spring Branch ISD (SBISD) is proud to recognize Dominique Holland, first grade teacher at Meadow Wood Elementary (MWE), as the November 2025 recipient of the Teachers Driving Success Award.

Sponsored by Group 1 Automotive and Lexus, the Teachers Driving Success program honors educators who go above and beyond to support student achievement, build strong relationships, and foster positive school communities across SBISD.

Holland was surprised with a gift basket during a morning celebration on campus, recognizing her exceptional dedication to her students, her team, and the MWE community.

Her commitment to personalized learning and partnership with families ensures that each student in her classroom feels seen, supported, and set up for success. That impact extends beyond her own class. She champions her colleagues, advocates for resources, and strengthens the entire MWE team. 

“Dominique goes above and beyond for every child in her class,” Principal Lynne Barry shared. “She knows her students and differentiates instruction to meet individual needs.”
